Hello, welcome to our website,
In many African countries, plant-based diets have been the norm for generations. These diets were based on indigenous crops such as cassava, yams, beans, maize, nuts and leafy greens. Plant-based foods or plant-forward eating patterns focus on foods mainly from plants. This includes not only fruits and vegetables, but also nuts, seeds, oils, whole grains, legumes, beans and herbs. It doesn't necessarily mean that you are vegetarian or vegan and never eat meat, fish or dairy foods. Rather, that you are choosing more of your foods from plant sources. 

Some of our products are not only plant-based but also qualify as superfoods. Alongside African fashion, music, and culture, these plant-based foods have been handed down through generations.

As I enter my 60th year on this earth and settling down to working on my own business after working in the IT industry since leaving University and raising my children, I am pleased to showcase West African plant-based diets, and the African lifestyles, with an English twist!
